Wir sind mit dem Produkt voll auf zufrieden. Das Igloo steht seit über 3 Jahren im Garten unseres Ferienhaus in Schweden. Die Wetterbedingungen sind hier teilweise sehr hart. Im Winter bis zu -20°C und manchmal viel Schnee. Trotzdem hat unser Igloo bisher gut durchgehalten und bis auf minimale Reparaturen ist alles unbeschädigt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
I recently purchased the Garden Igloo to cover my jacuzzi, and I absolutely love it! Assembly was surprisingly easy, even for someone not particularly handy, and the instructions were straightforward. The structure feels sturdy, and it perfectly protects my jacuzzi from the elements, making it usable even in cooler or rainy weather. The transparent panels give it a light and open feel while still providing a cozy and private space. It’s quickly become my favorite spot for relaxing. Highly recommend!
I have had my igloo for nearly 4 years and we spend many summer evenings outside in it. I have had to contact them a few times over small issues and the customer service is outstanding! I contacted them lately to replace the sandbags after all this time asking for a price to replace them as they have been out in all weathers and started to fray and they replaced them for free. Every time I email them the response is really quick. I can't rate them highly enough and if you are considering buying the igloo dont hesitate- I wouldn't be without ours now and even used it as a temporary office last year.
